Design Harmony

Buat masa ni aku masih mencari-cari mood yang hilang. Hobi sepatutnya mebuatkan kita semakin seronok dan gumbira. Akan tetapi kadangkala situasi mengubah suatu hobi yang memenatkan tapi mengghairahkan untuk dikerjakan menjadi sesuatu yang memenatkan dan membosan kan. Aku memang cukup susah nak cari mood. Walaupun dalam kepala aku setiap satu idea hadir bersilih ganti. Sesetengahnya berjaya jugak aku 3d kan atau aku luahkan atas kertas namun banyak juga yang mengganggu igauan ku bila design tak siap2 dan bila terlalu lama kita jadi bosan mengerjakan sesuatu yang sama.

Untuk menstabilkan kewarasan aku terhadap kerja-kerja hobi aku ni maka aku pun dengan gaya seorang tensioner yang tak pernah dapat tidur lena kebelakangan ni memikirkan apakah bentuknya kalau begini, apakah bentuknya kalau begitu, maka aku pun cuba harmonikan parts2 yang telah aku hasilkan. Walaupun aku bukan blogger yang baik dengan banyak bahasa2 pasar dan terminologi yang agak jumud, masih lagi aku nak ketengahkan hasil gabungan bahagian2 sedia ada.

Ni design harmony 1, ala desmo tail and front cowl, long sided mud guard dan newly mock up half fairing to be complete later on. Harmoni juga bentuk die.


Ni plak tail ala CBR dengan tank ala r6 dan cowling desmo. mungkin lebih sesuai kalau full fairing later on.

Project CBR

Project objective merekabentuk semula fairing CBR 150. Walaupun fairing CBr ni ok lah tapi aku pun tak berkenan dengan bentuk nya yang kuncup so aku telah mula membayangkan bentuknya pastu aku wat sket detailings untuk shape dier and so far ada la beberapa gambar untuk menerangkan proses pembuatannya. Cuma benda ni tertangguh sebab client nak datang pun lambat lagi. Bulan 11 nanti so aku pun memang malas-malas ayam untuk menyiapkan projek ni.

Tulah hasil yang cuba aku ketengahkan nanti dan dipersetujui client. Cuma skang masalahnya aku masih terkapai-kapai kat design stage and base shape form. Sangat berat tangan nak mendetail dan menyiapkan kesemuanya. Nantilah, kejer design ni memerlukan mood. So let it sway first and then blast with ideas.

Ha ni plak gambaran waktu siang. Ala... namapun design mesti banyak angan-angan kan... hasilnya nanti tak taulah.. lately like im losing my touch. Tapi aku rasa bukan losing touch. Aku kekurangan masa dan focus. Yela bila dah berfamily dan ade anak comel yang salu ngendap-ngendap, tiba-tiba ade depan pintu menjenguk dan senyum pada aku jadi macam sayu jer dengan keperluan kasih sayang dan belaian dari seorang daddy.


Selingan...
Ni ha, budak bucuk yang baru setahun ikut bulan islam kemarin. Tiba-tiba tercongok depan pintu masa aku tengah belek-belek site work aku blakang rumah. Hehe tak boleh ni sebab bahaya gak aku main fibre anak aku kalau terhidu ke ape ker.. aku kena precaution lebih la. nasib baik masa ni aku bukan buat kerja-kerja fibreglass atau painting. Kalu tidak kan bahaya. Cian anak daddy, baby girl aka kitten comot nih...



Back to the story. Aku mengibu tumpangkan fairing mockup cbr tu kat Tengku Zarina Munirah punyer body. Ye la nak buat camne takde tempat nak test fit. maka aku pun sambil-sambil cuba mengkacukkannya.

Lama betul nak upload guna celcom broadband ni tau. nanti aku update post ni lagik la..

Beyond imagination if you could see

At this very moment while doing nothing since Aidilfitri was so near and I still with my world of imagination. So much thing in life that I should achieve and yet still a fantasy and end up day dreaming a lot. My article would still emphasize on more pictures than words where always people thought like less talk more action. For me less talk more picture. And action must come first. If there is no action where in the world I can capture those things to put in here.

The topic is imaginary bike or sort of artist impression toward his masterpiece. When I start my hobby, it always evolve around drawings and sketches.. As time goes by the 2D and 3D graphics come into motion... And today i will show of few of my works that make me such enthusiast in my field of hobby and free time activities.

This is one of my earliest digital bike using Autocad. Still in the process of learning Rhinoceros, 3D MAx, Maya, Solidworks and Catia. For time being just using Autocad, 3D MAx, Photosop and also Rhinoceros. I keen to learn catia seing how that it works to do wind tunnel test and everything upon the built model. But maybe it will come last in the end as im so busy designing parts just using my instinct.

Project Ramadhan

Since aidilfitri was just around the corner. there is not enough time for a big thing. Only CBR 150 projects undergo with slow motion in progress. So far the base mock up for the shape formation have been prepared and when comes to detailing it was such a huge task to do when you are fasting for sure.










These are the base form for CBR 150 measured directly from the bike itself but once the bike took away by the customer the detailing and fitting will took quite a time. Also try to produce few small parts such as plate holder for fenderless undertail later on . Those only tanks and tail shown in the picture for the CBR while few of the body part will be updating soon after aidilfitri.










This picture shown here is A TZM undergo R6 replica but without any modification to the chasis. So for those whom thinking that modification for chasis was far too extreme, these are your another option. The whole set was fitted with extended features but nicely blend with the body of the motorcycle. Only if you realise that the tank looks little bit higher in that position. But still an R6 looks wasnt it.










Still remember about Yamacati and phrase that i said like "the only desmolike parts that i seems to like was the tail. And for those whom waiting for the tails here. The mould has been produced and soon will be available for ordering. Will update and proceed with few designs after these. I wish that at least i could produce one whole bodykit for each bike manufacture brand such as yamaha, honda and maybe will soon came for Kawasaki and Suzuki Bodykit.

Desmolike Yamacati Backdated Progress

general the bike was complete even that it was not fulfill 100% of my satisfaction of looks. But maybe for the starts of something new, it was a good start since R6 replica.

Now for the ease of tense, these are the only backdated picture of Yamacati before it was disassemble as of the purpose of being a plug (terms used for finish forming objects for mould preparation) for mould making.

The tail section is the only part where completion is achieved and also a little bit OK with the tanks. But the seams misfunction and continuity between those side fairings and front cowling is quiet unacceptable.















Just look at how the front cowling was not well blend with those fairings. This is the most great mistake that i alert from the start but then it still happen as what its appear today. But no worry, Im in the middle of blending process to solve those defect.

Seems better too if match with tanks from the R6 replica. Just maybe the tank section will also took consideration of minor changes. Else than that, the front and handlebars was fit like what i thought.

Wake Me Up When September Ends

Coincidentally just maybe, when September ends and Aidil Fitri is over and its time for me to all new projects. Just maybe something that i start before will get into more serious business. For time being instead of my R6 Projects Replication, The Desmo like set will took replication for mould preparation process and since no confirm order for the set. For time being the tail section mould has been completed and once ive got confirmation upon desmolike orders maybe then The Mould for the whole set will took place.

Also CBR 150 shape base works is still in the process. Need so much detailing since the bike has been took away by the customer.

Everybody are unique to each others

That is the reason why that we set our head to describe something to personalize one self. Sometimes the feelings grew even greater being something that make you wont sleep at night. I experience this before and from that moment i realize that i need to start something to personalize myself and make me unique to myself.

One thing that i learn, people whom are not unique will get them flow with others and being a followers is something that might bring people into manipulation of others towards him. So shout out and stop being a follower. At least give something that will give an impact to your life. MODIFY.

It starts with cutting stickers then i moved to something more advance, fibreglass. Its really flexible to manipulate and so on into fulfill the fantasy inside my head. So that the dreams become reality. So that I create identical to factory Yamaha R6 bodykit and shrink them to fit Yamaha TZM. In near future, the next explorable material will be carbon fibres, ABS plastic and titanium.
